Taoiseach Charles Haughey has said Anglo-Irish relations are on a mutually satisfactory basis, following a meeting in Madrid with the British Prime Minister (PM), Margaret Thatcher. Both leaders are attending the European Community (EC) summit in the Spanish capital.
