The High Court in Dublin has refused bail to Dermot Finucane, brother of Belfast Solicitor Pat Finucane who was shot dead at the weekend by the Ulster Freedom Fighters (UFF). Finucane is an alleged Maze Prison escapee appealing against his extradition.
