In the High Court, a 36-year-old Dublin man has lost his case for damages over an alleged assault by Gardaí.
Report shows John Fitzpatrick, who claimed he was assaulted while being questioned over the Sallins mail train robbery in April of 1976, leaving the High Court in Dublin.
