Report shows Peter Barry, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Robert Stimson, the British Chargé d'Affaires, signing the Anglo-Irish Fund agreement.

The agreement sets up the international fund to channel aid to areas in Ireland worst hit by the Northern Troubles.

The signing was witnessed by Margaret Heckler, the American Ambassador to Ireland and Denis McDermott, the Canadian Ambassador, both representatives of the two countries who set up the fund.

Interview with Peter Barry on the importance of the fund for the Anglo-Irish Agreement. He also comments on sectarian violence.
