Two County Antrim men have drowned in a boating accident on White Lake near Castlepollard.
Just after 5 am, four young show jumpers who were staying at Sallyman Stud, took a boat out onto White Lake. The boat got into difficulty and only two of the occupants, cousins Colin and Neil Turkington survived. The bodies of Stephen Logan and Robert Shaw were discovered later by Garda divers.
