What it takes to make the bells ring at Christ Church Cathedral in Dublin.

The original Christ Church was built in 1038 and was made from wood. The current building was built in 1170. The bells were installed in the church in 1878 during the last restoration.

After over a hundred years, all twelve bells have recently undergone a retuning and recasting in a foundry in Leicestershire in England.
