A major leak from a damaged water pipe causes disruption on Eden Quay in Dublin.
Water from a fractured major water pipe at Eden Quay tears up pavements and swells the road surface. The flood water damages shops and parked cars, disrupts traffic, bus services and water and electricity supplies.
Dublin Corporation workers attempt to repair the burst water pipe.
