Meanwhile at the Mansion House the Lord Mayor of Dublin Andrew Montague, a leap baby himself holds a special birthday celebration for 29 children and adults born on 29 February.
The Lord Mayor, who is technically still just 11 years old, decided that as he is in the Mansion House,

Among those celebrating at the Mansion house are sisters Lana and Robyn McKeon from Clonsilla in Dublin. The siblings are both born on different leap years. Their parents Suzanne and Martin McKeon acknowledge the odds of this occurrence are exceptionally rare.
Other children at the party have discovered that being a leap year baby can mean they are teased for being babies. But overall, it is amusing.
