A Saint Valentine's Day bungee jump in Dublin includes a marriage proposal.
Portobello Bridge is the location for a Saint Valentine's Day bungee jump. Some took the sixty metre high jump over the Grand Canal for charity and others did it for the experience. John Bolton and Linda Adare who came down from Belfast did it for love.
Originally from Yorkshire, John heard about a competition run by a local radio station, who are offering a honeymoon in Barbados for the most original marriage proposal, and
He said he’d pop the question to girlfriend Linda Adare during a bungee jump.
All went according to plan, and the happy couple enjoyed their return to terra firma with a glass of champagne.
