Tech firm Xilinx reports flat revenues

Technology firm Xilinx has reported flat revenues of $1.83 billion for its fiscal year 2010.

The company employs over 200 at its headquarters for Europe, the Middle East and Africa in Dublin.

It said that its net income fell by 1% to $357.5m compared to a figure of $361.7m the same time the previous year.

The company said that its fourth quarter 2010 sales were up 34% to $529m compared to the same time last year. Fourth quarter net income was $148.5m, including previously announced pre-tax restructuring charges totaling $2.8m.

In addition to its European headquarters, Xilinx operates a research, development, engineering and IT centre in Dublin.
