Brennan named as new Savills chairman

Estate agents Savills has appointed a new chairman and head of residential for the Irish market.

The new chairman is Larry Brennan, who joined Savills over 20 years when it was known as Hamilton Osbourne King. He has worked on some of the most successful retail schemes in the country including the Dundrum, Liffey Valley, Pavilions and Jervis Street shopping centres.

Meanwhile, Ronan O'Driscoll has been appointed head of residential. In his new role, Mr O'Driscoll is now responsible for both new homes and second hand homes.

Savills has a staff of 145 in Ireland with offices in Dublin, Cork and Belfast.
