Readymix has appointed Derek O'Donnell as its new finance director.
He succeeds Sergio Martinez who is resigning from the Readymix board to take up a new position within the CEMEX Group.
Mr O'Donnell joined CEMEX in 1997 and was most recently Director of Business Planning for the EMEA Asia and Australia Region, having previously held a number of senior executive finance roles in Europe.
