A house belonging to solicitor Michael Lynn has been withdrawn from auction after it failed to attract to any bid at an auction in Dublin this afternoon.
20 St Alban's Park in Sandymount was withdrawn after it failed to attract an opening bid of €1.7m.
Peter Cieran of auctioneers Lisney says the vendor was quite happy to withdraw the property if it failed to sell. The house is being sold by order of the High Court.
