Exploration company Lansdowne Oil & Gas has bought Milesian Oil & Gas in a deal worth around £8m. Lansdowne will issue 8.9 million shares representing 30% of the company to pay for the deal.
Milesian's main assets are two licensing options in the Celtic Sea off the south-west coast.
Lansdowne also has assets in the Celtic Sea.
