Property investment group Quinlan Private has bought an office complex in Amsterdam for around €200m from Tishman Speyer. The office complex is known as The Atrium.
Quinlan Private is now forming a Western European Office Fund (WEOF) which will comprise The Atrium and two other recently acquired properties in Frankfurt and London.
It says the WEOF will provide investors with an opportunity to achieve a strong return on investment while diversifying geographic risk by investing in three office properties in three distinct markets.
