ACCBank has appointed a receiver to the Ardilea housing development in Kilkenny, which was developed by William Phelan & Sons.
Declan Taite of business consultants FGS will be receiver and manager. A statement said he intended to complete the development and close all contracted sales as soon as possible.
The first phase of the development has been completed, and it is understood the second phase is almost finished. The development includes detached houses, townhouses and apartments.
