Dublin and London listed satellite TV and communications equipment developer Vislink today said that it has performed well so far this year.
Speaking at the group's AGM, CEO Ian Scott-Gall said Vislink's four main brands had strong trading so far this year.
'The Group has made a good start to the year and the Board views the rest of the year with confidence', he said.
He said in the US MRC continues to benefit from a strong domestic market and has introduced new microwave products which were well received at the recent National Association of Broadcasters show resulting in a $18m order.
He said Link Research, the UK wireless camera business, is seeing excellent growth in Asia, with strong sales in Europe and the US.
He said Advent, the UK satellite business, has contracts in the US and internationally which are expected to benefit the second half of the year.
Hernis, the group's specialist marine safety and security business has continued to see a high level of demand in its offshore and marine markets and a strong order intake, he said.
Earlier this year the company said pretax profits almost doubled to €18.7m, compared to 2005.
