RTÉ Radio rugby commentator Michael Corcoran first toured with the Irish rugby team in 2000, when they travelled to Argentina, USA and Canada. Michael Corcoran began his broadcasting career with RTÉ Radio Cork. Munster's Heineken Cup victory in May 2006 was the 99th game he commentated on in the competition.
