An investigation is under way after a man in his 70s died in an incident on a farm in Co Limerick.
The man was working on his farm in Broadford on Saturday 2 February when he slipped and fell.
He was taken to University Hospital Limerick where he was pronounced dead.
A post-mortem examination is due to take place.
The Health and Safety Authority has been notified and are investigating the incident.
