A meeting between representatives of actors and others who signed a letter of concern about practices at the Abbey Theatre is taking place today.
Over 400 theatre practitioners have signed a letter which raised issues including the number of 'bought in' productions at the theatre.
This is one of a series of bilateral meetings set to take place between the signatories and the theatre.
It is planned that a progress report will be prepared by the end of April.
Each of the parties will be providing a progress update to both the Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht Josepha Madigan and The Arts Council.
