Out of hours service 'not fit for purpose' - Committee told
The Special Rapporteur on Child Protection this morning told an Oireachtas Committee that attempts to convey an impression that good communication exists among the higher echelons of TUSLA and An Garda Síochána bore out "no reality" on the ground.
