A 25-year-old man has appeared in court charged with the murder of a woman found dead at her home in Co Armagh earlier this week.
Kornelijus Bracas, with an address at Church Street in Portadown, was accused of the murder of 37-year-old Aleisa Nazarova.
She was found dead in her home at Church Street Portadown in early hours of Tuesday morning.
The emergency services were called after a fire was reported at the property.
Ms Nazarova's 12-year-old daughter was also in the house.
She was taken to hospital for treatment and has since been discharged.
As well as the murder, the accused also faces charges of attempting to murder Ms Nazarova's daughter, setting fire to the house and stealing a bank card belonging to the deceased.
The court was told there was a "familial connection" between the accused and the deceased. There was no application for bail.
Mr Bracas was remanded in custody to appear again on 21 April.
