The trial of Brian Kearney for the murder of his wife in Dublin two years ago will resume tomorrow after a delay because a juror was taken to hospital.
Mr Kearney denies murdering 38-year-old Siobhan Kearney at their home in Goatstown on 28 February 2006.
This morning, Mr Justice Barry White told the jury that he would adjourn the trial until this afternoon so that inquiries could be made as to whether the juror who was taken to hospital is in a position to continue on the trial.
The jury this afternoon was told that the female juror would be available tomorrow and was anxious to continue as a juror.
Legislation provides that the trial could proceed with fewer than 12 jurors.
