Ingredients

  • 110 g butter
  • 75g brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 270g oats
  • Zest of 2 oranges

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 190 degrees
  2. Rub some oil or butter into a shallow tray or tin
  3. Melt the butter , honey and sugar in a pot and combine your oats & zest. Pour onto the tray nice and even and flat and bake for 18 minutes.
  4. Cool and slice up and keep in an airtight container. I always keep mine in the fridge because it makes them nice and chewy but this is preference!
