This week Molly Makes a super simple smoothie! With just one step and four ingredients, it doesn't get easier than this.
Ingredients
- 200g of frozen berries
- 1 large banana
- 100mls of natural yoghurt
- 80-100mls of milk
Method
- Pop all of the ingredients into a blender
- Give it a whizz until smooth!
