Ingredients
- chicken drumsticks
- chilli powder
- garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- dash of milk
- 200g of flour
- wholemeal breadcrumbs
- cajun spice
- olive oil
- 4 corn on the cob
Winter slaw:
- red cabbage
- red onion
- white wine vinegar
- honey
- pinch of salt
Method

- Cut up the chicken legs into tighs and drumstocks.
- Mix chilli powder, garlic powder and salt over the chicken.
- Drizzle of oil over the chicken.
- Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 180C.
- Set up station of 3 bowels.
- Bowl 1 has flour.
- Bowl 2 has beaten egg and milk.
- Bowl 3 has whole meal breadcrumbs,1 tbsp of cajun spice and dash of olive oil.
- After the chicken is cooked coat in mixture by dipping in the flour then egg wash and then breadcrumbs.
- Place the chicken back in the oven to cook for another ten minutes.
- Place the 4 small corn on the cob on a dry pan and char all over.
- Char the corn on the cob all over turning every now and again.
- For the winter slaw slice the red onion and red cabbage. Now add the white wine vinegar, honey and sea salt.
- Once the chicken is cooked now you can serve it all up. On with the crispy chicken, on the side then with the charred corn and delicious slaw. Enjoy.
