Ingredients
- 2 slices of brown bread
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 10g Dill, stemmed
- ¼ cucumber, thinly sliced
- 60g smoked salmon
Method
- In a blender puree the mayonnaise and dill.
- Spread the dill mayonnaise on bread
- Add smoked salmon and top with cucumber.
