This seafood platter needs a lot of ingredients, but it's a great way to show your other half that you've made an effort. Perfect for a romantic evening in!
Ingredients
- 1 lobster, cut in half
- 2 dsp rapeseed oil
- 200 g squid, criss-cross and cut in half
- 2 cloves of chopped garlic
- 200 g swordfish loin
- 30 g broccoli, par-boiled
- 200 g mussels
- 30 g asparagus, sliced
- 100 g tiger prawns
- 30 g green pak choi
- 2 dsp rapeseed oil
- 30 g bottom mushroom
- 2 lime juice
- 30 g Chinese leaves
- 0.5 dsp cracked black pepper
- 2 dsp mushroom sauce
- 2 limes, cut into wedges
- 1 dsp light soy sauce
- 30 ml water
Method
- Turn the grill onto a high heat.
- Season the seafood with lime juice and cracked black pepper.
- Grill all seafood, brush with oil to keep it moist and keep to one side.
- Bring the wok to a medium high heat and add the oil and garlic. Stir until they get a nice aroma.
- Add all of the vegetables to the wok and stir for thirty seconds.
- Season with mushroom sauce, soy sauce and water.
- Stir for another thirty seconds and serve the sauce with the seafood platter.
