An easy way to add more fruit into your diet without compromising on your sweet tooth!
Ingredients
- 400g (14oz) honeydew, cantaloupe or galia melon flesh (about ¼ melon with the seeds and skin removed)
- 40ml (1½fl oz) lemon juice (about ½ lemon)
- 40g (1½oz) caster sugar (if you use a galia melon, you might need more sugar)
Method
- Put the melon flesh, lemon and sugar in a blender.
- Whiz until completely smooth.
- Pour into the popsicle moulds and freeze in the freezer for 4–6 hours until frozen.
