Prepare a quick and versatile mousse to please all.
Ingredients
- 75 g smoked salmon pieces
- 25 g cream cheese
- 75 ml cream
- ½ tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon grated lemon rind
- cayenne pepper to season
Method
- Put all the ingredients into the blender, except for the cayenne, and whiz until the mixture is smooth.
- Season to taste with cayenne pepper, and scrape into small pots.
- Chill in the fridge.
