Ingredients
- forest fruits
- white chocolate
- 1 tblsp cream
- sprinkling of dark chocolate
Method
- Very simple but should be delicious. Simmer water in a saucepan; place the white chocolate in a bowl and steam-melt the chocolate slowly, pouring the cream in and stirring regularly.
- Place the chilled fruit on a plate and, either pour the chocolate directly over the fruit or in a separate bowl alongside.
