Ingredients
- 100 g oat flakes
- 20 g wheatgerm
- 2 tblsp chopped almonds
- 2 tblsp chopped brazil nuts
- 2 tblsp linseed
- 2 tblsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tblsp lecithin granules
- 60 g sultanas, raisins or chopped apricots
Method
- Stir all the ingredients together and mix well.
