In this special episode of You OK? meditation teacher and author of This Is It, Conor Creighton, leads us in a beginner's meditation especially for the morning of Darkness Into Light.
You can do this meditation before you head out on your walk or afterwards to help notice or soothe any emotions that came up for you during the event. It’s also a comforting exercise to do anytime you need reminding that you’re ok.
