Now that we’re back to some kind of normal, it’s important that we continue to check-in on our mental health. We’ve been through a lot and much as a trip to the hairdressers or a pint in the local can be transformative, it’s going to take more than that to process everything that’s happened.
In the final edition of You OK? for this season, we share some exercises and meditations from the series focused on keeping us calm, connected and present.
A shared awareness around minding our mental health was very much in evidence during the most restrictive parts of the pandemic. That may not be as prominent as the summer kicks in to gear, so do yourself a favour and try to put these nuggets of advice into practice whenever you can.
