A fierce champion of Irish food producers, Mark Moriarty has spent the last eight weeks teaching the public how to find and use the best Irish ingredients in delicious homemade dishes on RTÉ's Cook-In with Mark Moriarty.
Entirely filmed with social distancing restrictions in place, our presenter and chef has even acted as an extra cameraman at times, using his phone for close-ups of bubbling sauces and sizzling meat.
To wrap this incredible series up, Mark will be answering all your cooking queries in a final Question and Answer session on tonight's episode. Whether you are wondering why your scones won’t rise or you want some guidance on how to make sauces and stocks from scratch, Mark will do his best to share his wisdom as an award-winning chef.
