If there's one celebrity the internet collectively fangirls over when it comes to youthful looks, it's Jennifer Aniston. The Friends star, 50, has kept her girl-next-door-looks almost unchanged since she left that purple apartment, and bit by bit the actress has shared just how she does it.
Speaking to Radio Times, the star revealed that intermittent fasting is the key to her enviable figure, specifically following the 16:8 plan where you don't eat for 16 hours of the day and then eat what you like for eight.

"I do intermittent fasting, so there's no food in the morning," she said. "I noticed a big difference in going without solid food for 16 hours."
She mostly drinks green juices and coffee in the morning, and adds in a workout five days a week alongside some meditation. The hours you sleep are included in the 16, so it's not as dramatic as it sounds - if you're getting the sleep you need, it's really only eight hours without food.
Still, fasting has been the focus of as much praise and criticism in recent years. Often used as a dieting aid, intermittent fasting is the process of restricting the amount of calories you consume in a day. Jack Dorsey - the CEO of Twitter - revealed that he eats just one meal a day and nothing over the weekend, an extreme version that has spurred on arguments that it is a dangerous fad.
Also controversial? Aniston's green juice of choice, celery juice. Drink pure celery juice is one of the more recent food trends that some people say can reduce inflammation, ease digestive issues and even - according to its "founder", Anthony William - help you overcome addictions.
His claims have been fiercely refuted by many dietitians and health experts, but Aniston is one of many celebrities who is devoted to the thin, watery drink.
So, I guess no one told you staying fit was gonna be this way, huh?
