Time to face the music after all our festive food feasts and to start the new year resolutions. Operation Transformation is back on RTÉ One tonight at 8:30pm for its 10th season.
Host Kathryn Thomas will return and experts Dr Ciara Kelly, Aoife Hearne, Karl Henry and Dr Eddie Murphy have chosen five leaders to step onto the scales in that infamous lycra and change their lives forever.
As always, Operation Transformation wants its viewers to get involved and join the fitness revolution. The OT website has BMI calculators, weight trackers, fitness plans and shopping lists. Each week you will find delicious and healthy recipes from the show on the RTÉ Food website so you can eat clean at home.
Once the first episode has aired the OT website will include stats and information on each of the leaders so you can follow their progress week to week. However, we've got a sneak peek at the details and we want you to find your leader today!

Age: 46

LifeStyle: Chris has a prosthetic leg and is now a Community Coach with the FAI programme Football for All working with children with disabilities throughout Leinster. He is a family man with a wife and five children.

LifeStyle: Marie is a part-time hairdresser and mother to three-year-old Lily Mai and eight-month-old Daisy who suffers with severe acid reflux. Sadly in 2014, Marie gave birth to a little girl they called Michaela, who sadly passed away a few days later. Marie wants to get and feel healthy and well inside and out so that she can run around with her two young daughters.

LifeStyle: Sean came out five years ago but has failed to find love because he says he doesn't yet know how to love himself. He says he has considered getting a gastric band fitted and admits to poor eating habits. Sean lives at home with his parents and brother.
Is Yvonne Keenan Ross your leader?
Age: 48
Location: Carlingford, Co. Louth
Height: 5ft 6″
Weight: 16st 8.5lbs
LifeStyle: Café owner Yvonne runs the business with her husband Stephen. They have two children at home aged eleven and fourteen, their first child was the result of six rounds of IVF while their second was conceived naturally. Five years ago, husband Stephen was diagnosed with stomach cancer and had to have major surgery, and in turn give up work. Yvonne cared for him throughout his treatment.
