Ciarán Hinds is reuniting with his KIN co-star Charlie Cox for Treason, a six-part spy drama coming to Netflix.
US entertainment trade website Deadline, which first reported the news, says Treason tells the story of Adam Lawrence (Cox), an MI6 operative whose past catches up with him when Russian spy Kara (Olga Kurylenko, Black Widow, Seven Psychopaths) reappears in his life.

Hinds will play Adam Lawrence's boss and mentor, Sir Martin Angelis, in the series from Oscar-nominated Bridge of Spies screenwriter Matt Charman.
Treason, described as "The Bodyguard meets John le Carré", also stars Oona Chaplin (The Comey Rule, Taboo).

Oscar nominee Hinds was a double IFTA winner at the weekend for his performances in KIN and Belfast.
On Tuesday night, he received the Best Supporting Actor award from film organisation the National Board of Review in New York for his work on Belfast.
The Oscars take place on Sunday, 27 March, with Hinds among the Best Supporting Actor nominees.
