Love Island winner Amber Gill has revealed she is coming to visit Greg O'Shea in Ireland this weekend.

The popular couple won the latest series of Love Island in July after taking nearly half the votes (48.8%) in the final.

Rugby player Greg is from Limerick while British beautician Amber is from Newcastle. She has now said she is due to take a trip to Ireland to visit her boyfriend.

When asked by a follower: "When are you going to see Greg?", Amber said in an Instagram story: "Hopefully, well yes I am going to see Greg this weekend.

"I am going to fly over to Ireland and spend the weekend with him."

When another fan asked her if Greg is "as lush in real life", she replied: "Omg he is lusher in real life. He's so fit."

Meanwhile, Greg shared a gushing comment to Amber's Instagram page after she posted a picture of herself on the beach with her dog Obie.

He wrote to Amber: "Oh my lord you look fantastic. So does Obi," with a flame emoji.

Earlier this month Greg took to Instagram to wish his co-star and winning love interest Amber a "happy birthday" on social media.

"Massive happy birthday to this amazing woman, she really is a 10/10. So lucky to have met her and can't wait to get her to Ireland," he wrote.

Greg said he was left "speechless" by the welcome he received at Shannon Airport when he returned home last Wednesday.

He was greeted with cheers and screams from the fans who had gathered in the arrivals hall for his return from London.

The reality show winners added to the mystery about their relationship when they appeared on ITV's Loose Women last week and were asked about their "exclusively dating" tag.
