Maura and Curtis's romance had been thrown into question after the major bust-up in the villa. which left Maura questioning the dancer's integrity.
However, things looked rosy between the pair on their date, with Maura confiding in him: "I know I don't tell you a lot of the time that I like you, but I really do.
"You're funny and I love your smile. When you smile, I smile.
"I like everything about you", she added.
Curtis replies: "I literally don't know what to say."

Also on the show, Amber and Greg have a romantic getaway on a yacht out at sea.
"I'm just so happy to be here with you, I feel really fortunate to have come in and met you," Greg says.
Amber replies: "When we first met, I had an instant connection and that is something that I never get.
"I felt it straight away and I was just hoping you felt the same."

Ovie Soko and newcomer India, who joined the programme just over a week ago, are also seen going on their final date in the episode.
He tells her: "At one point, it looked like I wasn't going to be in a romantic couple at all. I felt like I just had the role of the guardian angel over Amber.
"When I walked into that date, you stood out to me so clear. It really changed the whole experience for me. It's brightened up my days."
She responds: "I came in to meet someone but I didn't expect to meet someone and get on with them and like them as much as I like you."

Wednesday's episode saw a double dumping, with Jordan and Anna, and Chris Taylor and Harley Brash, sent home from the show following a public vote.
The remaining couples, which also include Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague and Anton Danyluk and Belle Hassan, are hoping to win the series and the cash prize during Monday's finale.
Love Island continues on Virgin Media Two at 9pm.
