Liam Neeson has been cast opposite Private Practice and Girls Trip star Kate Walsh in a new romantic thriller, Honest Thief.
Entertainment industry website Deadline, which first reported the story, says the film will go into production in Boston next month with Ozark co-creator Mark Williams behind the lens.
Honest Thief sees Neeson's character, career bank robber Tom Carter; fall for Annie (Walsh), a worker at the storage facility where he has hidden a stolen $7m.
Carter vows to turn himself in, but matters are further complicated by a crooked FBI agent. Deadline says it has been told that Suicide Squad and Jack Reacher star Jai Courtney is in talks for the role of the FBI agent.
Neeson will next be seen on cinema screens in the crime-thriller Widows. The film, which also stars Viola Davis and Colin Farrell, opens in cinemas on November 6.
