Rovers Return regular Antony Cotton, who plays Coronation Street's Sean Tully, is the eleventh celebrity to join the rebooted Dancing on Ice which returns in the New Year.
Cotton broke the news at the end of Monday's second episode of Coronation Street telling viewers, "I better get my skates on - I've got practising to do!"
Cotton will be joining his fellow Corrie castmate Brooke Vincent (Sophie Webster) who was the first celebrity announced for the ice dancing show.
The soap stars join The Great British Bake Off's 2016 winner Candice Brown, The X Factor and I'm a Celebrity's Jake Quickenden and athlete Perri Shakes-Drayton.
TV presenter Donna Air, Bucks Fizz singer Cheryl Baker, cricketer Monty Panesar, rugby player Max Evans, Good Morning Britain weather presenter Alex Beresford and Love Island's Kem Cetinay complete the celebrity line-up revealed to date, with one more contestant yet to be announced.
After a three-year hiatus, Dancing on Ice is back on ITV in the New Year with This Morning's Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby as hosts.
The 12 celebrity contestants will be trying to impress a judging panel of the returning Jason Gardiner, former Dancing on Ice coaches Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean and Ashley Banjo.
