Five Surrey detectives involved in the Guildford Four case have been told they won't face disciplinary proceedings. Two who had been suspended have now been allowed return to work. Alistair Logan, Solicitor for two of the Guildford Four, has described the decision as very surprising and said it had been taken in an aura of secrecy.
