West German Police are about to initiate extradition procedures against Donna Maguire, the Irish Republican Army (IRA) suspect arrested in Belgium last Saturday. An unsuccessful attempt was made to extradite her to face charges over the killing of a British army officer last July and the bombing of a barracks in Osnabruck a year ago.
