Minister for Communications, Ray Burke, has told the new RTÉ Authority that capping of advertising need not mean the loss of jobs at the station. As the Minister arrived at RTÉ's studios for lunch with the new Authority, he was greeted by a noisy crowd of about five hundred staff members.
