An Bord Pleanála has approved planning permission for a property development at the former Shamrock Rovers ground in Milltown. The order follows an appeal by the Dublin-based developers, Brent Homes, against Dublin Corporation. They can now go ahead with plans for twenty-four three-storey duplex dwellings subject to certain conditions.
