John Stalker has offered to produce evidence showing that high-ranking British civil servants conspired to remove him from the shoot-to-kill inquiry. Stalker was removed from the inquiry because of his connection with businessman, Kevin Taylor, who was under investigation for fraud. All charges against Taylor have been dropped.
