The Royal Ulster Constabulary (RUC) and Environmental Health Officials from Belfast City Council have launched an investigation into how a thirteen-year-old boy came to be crushed to death in a lift shaft at the Divis Flats Complex yesterday. Paul Curley had been joy riding on top of the lift when he was entangled in the winding mechanism.
