The Committee on Commercial State Sponsored Bodies has accepted the testimony of its former Secretary, Chris O’Brien, on the Confidential Report on the Irish Sugar Company and the fact that he has no recollection of sending the Report to Fianna Fáil Deputy, Liam Lawlor.
