An elderly woman found dead in her home in Tallaght died of natural causes. The search for the killer of Carol Carpenter continues.
Report shows Gardaí outside the home of the dead woman, Therese McCabe, and forensic experts and State Pathologist Doctor John Harbison arriving at scene. Superintendent William McMunn announcing the death was natural.
